Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at an underpass.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Anna Fierro.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP ANNA FIERRO (September 2, 1976 – January 17, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:11 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
