Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office identified the young woman as Angelica Gutierres.

The victim was walking towards Hoover Street when she was fatally shot. The suspect’s vehicle is described as an older model Mercedes Benz C or E Class, silver/gray-gold-colored sedan. The vehicle had a sunroof and tinted windows.
As of June 2024, L.A. City Council is offering a $50,000 reward for any information leading to the identity, arrest, and prosecution of the person(s) responsible for the murder.
