(L.A.) Angel Maggio, 42, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old Latino male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Angel Maggio.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine and Fentanyl Effects

RIP ANGEL MAGGIO (June 16, 1981 – June 16, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:30 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
