The coroner’s office has identified the man as Angel Macho.

Cause of Death: Effects of Amphetamines

Other Significant Conditions: Heart Failure, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
