Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Andrey Jones.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:25 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
