Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Latin American male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Andrew Padilla Pacheco of Bellflower.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Cocaine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 11:41 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
