(L.A.) Ancelmo Ruiz Pascual, 50, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Latino male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ancelmo Ruiz Pascual.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Alcohol Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:24 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 17, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive.
