(L.A.) Anastasia Phillips, 31, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Anastasia Phillips.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 4:55 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
