Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Anabel Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:04 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 9, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
