(L.A.) Ana Martinez, 33, Died From Meth

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Ana Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP ANA MARTINEZ (December 6, 1990 – January 18, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 11:14 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

Note that the government investigator entered the wrong death date, so their database gives the date of death as February 12.
