Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Amir Monfared.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Morphine, Codeine, and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure and Diabetes Mellitus
