(L.A.) Amanda Fastovsky, 34, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Amanda Fastovsky.

Cause of Death: Effects of Heroin and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 10:44 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 5, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

The decedent leaves behind two children. She was of Jewish faith.
