(L.A.) Alphonso Howard Jr., 34, Died on a Train Platform

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Black male that occurred on a train platform.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alphonso Howard Jr.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP ALPHONSO HOWARD JR. (September 2, 1989 – December 11, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:21 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

The medical examiner just issued the determination that he died from an accidental drug overdose.
