Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Alison Reid.

Cause of Death: Toxic Effects of Chlordiazepoxide, Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Nordiazepam
