(L.A.) Alina Lozano, 17, Died in Montebello

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 17-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at Ashiya Park in Montebello.

The coroner’s office identified the teenage girl as Alina Lozano.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Blunt-Force Injuries

RIP ALINA LOZANO (October 27, 2007 – April 22, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:44 p.m.

The decedent was apparently being pursued by police for a traffic violation. She ended up crashing her Toyota Camry into a tree.

Montebello PD said the chase started at around 10:17 p.m. near Beverly Boulevard and Hay Street.
