(L.A.) Alezae Martinez, 17, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 17-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the teen as Alezae Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Alprazolam, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine

RIP ALEZAE LILLY ANNE MARTINEZ (August 31, 2008 – September 13, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

The decedent had been missing out of Fresno since July 23 this year. At the time, she was 16 years old. She appears to have been added to the NCIC database on August 31.

It seems she was a habitual runaway who had already disappeared in 2022 when she was 13 and again late last year, in October 2024.

In the medical examiner’s parlance, “private residence” indicates it was not the decedent’s own home.
