Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 31-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred underneath an overpass of the 10 Freeway.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Alexis Fitzmaurice. Born in L.A. County.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

California Highway Patrol was called at 8:46 a.m. to a homeless encampment under the bridge of the freeway. LAFD was dispatched at 8:48 a.m.

By 9:10 a.m., an investigator from the Department of Medical Examiner was informed of a death.
