(L.A.) Alexandra Zigrino, 37, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Alexandra Zigrino.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP ALEXANDRA ZIGRINO (May 22, 1985 – April 30, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 12:06 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 4, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
