RIP ALEXANDER JAMES ASTRINAKIS (April 4, 1985 – April 21, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:05 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 18, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

Fluoxetine is a widely prescribed antidepressant medication belonging to the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class. It is primarily used to treat major depressive disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bulimia nervosa, panic disorder, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).

The decedent’s surname appears to be of Greek origin.
