RIP ALEXA ELIZABETH DORBAD (September 6, 1990 – July 23, 2026)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The decedent appears to have been originally from Florida. There, she was arrested 15 times in Collier County for battery, drugs, and domestic violence, and had been jailed six months in Citrus County for possession of MDMA. She violated her probation.

She was arrested in Santa Clara County, California, in February 2024 for being a fugitive from justice.

In May 2026, CBS LA featured her in a piece about a nonprofit popup vet clinic that treats the pets of homeless people. At the time, she and her dog Mylo were transiently staying at a converted hotel in downtown L.A.

Description from YouTube Video: It is estimated that between 10 to 25 percent of people experiencing homelessness have pets, but access to veterinary care is often out of reach.
