(L.A.) Alex Stuhr, 35, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Alex Stuhr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP ALEX STUHR (December 5, 1988 – March 17, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 8:22 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on June 15, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
