(L.A.) Alberto Carrillo-Ramos, 56, Died From Drug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alberto Carrillo-Ramos.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Acetyl Fentanyl and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:39 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 10, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
The government investigator had initially spelled the decedent’s surname as Carillo-Ramos.
