The coroner’s office identified the infant boy as Adriel Mateo Martinez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Suffocation

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday.

The child was about five months old.
