(L.A.) Adrian Aldaco, 32, Died at a Motel

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Latino male that occurred at a motel.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Adrian Aldaco.

RIP ADRIAN ALDACO (October 9, 1993 – June 17, 2026)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

The decedent had been controversially shot up by LAPD in 2022. Among those involved were Detective Rudy Chavez and Officer Gregory Papik.

Aldaco filed a civil rights lawsuit in federal court in May 2023. He was supposed to have received a $450,000 settlement under the Police General Fund in 2025.

Booking records show he was picked up by LAPD this year in January and in March.
