Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Adan Rocha Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol
