Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a board and care facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Adan Escobar Mora.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:29 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 10, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs. This is considered an accidental overdose.
