Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the infant girl as Adalie Ramirez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Suffocation

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:01 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on May 24.
