Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 88-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Adalberto Lira.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hypoxic Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Acute Metabolic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death C: Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Kidney Disease; Dementia
