Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a garage in Azusa, California.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joe Nuñez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Exsanguination

Cause of Death B: Left Upper Arm Arteriovenous Fistula Erosion

Cause of Death C: End-Stage Renal Disease on Hemodialysis

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension
