Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 26-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a bathroom.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Gustavo Cuevas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Ethanol, Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Methamphetamine
