(L.A.) Kayin Hall, 18, Died at a Freeway Off-Ramp

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Black male that occurred at a freeway off-ramp.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kayin Hall.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma
