Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a rehabilitation / detox center.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Estrella Tenorio.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity
