(L.A.) Oscar Peralta, 34, Died in a Park

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Oscar Peralta.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP OSCAR PERALTA (January 11, 1989 – May 14, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 2:22 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
