(L.A.) Kevin Leonard, 24, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 24-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kevin Leonard.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine

RIP KEVIN LEONARD (August 14, 1998 – May 11, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 5:20 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 21, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
