Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Chad Condelario.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP CHAD CONDELARIO (June 19, 1978 – May 3, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was on Wednesday at 9:35 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
