The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Mesa.

Cause of Death A: Cellulitis with Chronic Osteomyelitis

Cause of Death B: Cerebral Infarction, Remote

Cause of Death C: Hypertensive Cerebrovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus; End-Stage Renal Disease; Alzheimer’s Disease
