Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Wesley Blake.

Cause of Death: Toxic Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, and Methamphetamine
