Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Jessica Rosales.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Hydrocodone, Methamphetamine, and Alprazolam Toxicity
