The coroner’s office has identified the man as Emilio Diaz.

Cause of Death: Complications of Chronic Ethanol Use

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 14, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
