The coroner’s office has identified the man as Santiago Sanguillen.

Cause of Death A: Sudden Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Hyperlipidemia, and Dementia
