The coroner’s office has identified the man as Enedino Pelayo. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Gomez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Ethanol Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Diabetes Mellitus
