(L.A.) Jose Gutierrez, 35, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Hispanic male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Gutierrez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Alcohol Toxicity

RIP JOSE GUTIERREZ (February 16, 1986 – July 1, 2021)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:45 p.m.

The government investigator noted that the decedent was indigent and homeless.
