Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Onorato III.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine

RIP JOHN ONORATO III (January 15, 1975 – March 29, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:51 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 21, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the meth.
