Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 88-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Delores Konyak, resident of Walnut Village Retirement Community in Anaheim.

Cause of Death: Complications of Iatrogenic Air Embolism

Other Significant Conditions: Aortic Stenosis, Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
