Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ferris Tollette.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity
RIP FERRIS TOLLETTE (December 12, 1985 – April 10, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:36 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 8, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
