Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Sullivan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Gastric Content Aspiration

Cause of Death C: Blunt Abdominal Trauma
