(L.A.) David Van Court, 60, Died in the Ocean

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in the ocean.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Van Court.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Drowning

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive Heart Disease, History of Chiari Malformation

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:23 a.m.

A Chiari malformation is a problem in which a part of the brain (the cerebellum) at the back of the skull bulges through a normal opening in the skull where it joins the spinal canal. This puts pressure on parts of the brain and spinal cord, and can cause mild to severe symptoms. In most cases, the problem is present at birth (congenital).

We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
