(L.A.) Patrick Cowan, 56, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Patrick Cowan.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Ethanol, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine
RIP PATRICK COWAN (October 31, 1966 – January 24, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:11 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
