The coroner’s office has identified the man as Dwight Bullard.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Septic Shock

Cause of Death B: Intramedullary Rod Failure of Tibia

Cause of Death C: Blunt Force Injury

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Cocaine
