Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tyler Watts.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

RIP TYLER WATTS (May 15, 1990 – March 23, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:16 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 4, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
